Office & HR Administrator / Manager
Part or full time
Salary depending on experience and scope of role
Purpose:
To support the efficient running of the office and provide day-to-day people / HR administration, including rota coordination, employee records, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the rota using RotaReady software (hours, holidays, sickness etc.) and liaise with payroll provider
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding (contracts, right-to-work checks)
- Order office and site supplies and manage service providers as required
- Assist in recruitment
- Maintain compliance records (HR files, health & safety documentation etc.)
- Pension administration
- Ad hoc administrative support to management and department managers as required
Optional, depending on experience and scope of role:
- Take ownership of payroll
- Take ownership of Health and Safety
Key Traits:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Confident with basic systems (Excel, payroll/HR inputs, rota software)
- Reliable and able to handle confidential information
- Friendly and positive attitude
