Office & HR Administrator / Manager

 

Part or full time

Salary depending on experience and scope of role

Purpose:
To support the efficient running of the office and provide day-to-day people / HR administration, including rota coordination, employee records, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the rota using RotaReady software (hours, holidays, sickness etc.) and liaise with payroll provider
  • Maintain employee records and support onboarding (contracts, right-to-work checks)
  • Order office and site supplies and manage service providers as required
  • Assist in recruitment
  • Maintain compliance records (HR files, health & safety documentation etc.)
  • Pension administration
  • Ad hoc administrative support to management and department managers as required

Optional, depending on experience and scope of role:

  • Take ownership of payroll
  • Take ownership of Health and Safety

Key Traits:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Confident with basic systems (Excel, payroll/HR inputs, rota software)
  • Reliable and able to handle confidential information
  • Friendly and positive attitude
