What your Grotto experience will include:

Magical Journey to the North Pole in Santa's Enchanted Elevator – Experience our magical elevator and watch as you travel towards the North Pole and Santa’s Grotto.
Write a Letter to Santa – Share your Christmas wishes with Santa and pop your letter into our special North Pole post box!
Make Reindeer Food to Take Home – Pack a special bag of reindeer food to leave out for Santa’s reindeer on Christmas Eve.
Meet Father Christmas – Have a magical one-to-one meeting with Father Christmas and make a Christmas memory to treasure.
Your Christmas Present – Each child will receive a special wrapped gift to take home from Father Christmas.
Sweet Shop - Take home a bag of delicious treats from our Sweet Shop.
Optional Photo Opportunity with Santa: We also have a festive photobooth in the Grotto. Professional photographs are available to purchase separately at an additional cost and are not included in the experience price.

Once you have paid, you will not be able to amend or cancel your booking, under any circumstances.
We ask that you please supervise your children at all times to ensure they do not touch or climb on any of the displays.
Total experience time: 15–30 minutes, depending on group size. The time you book is the start of your experience. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE GROTTO ENTRANCE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR YOUR ALLOCATED TIME SLOT TO ALLOW TIME TO CHECK IN.
No refunds will be given if you are late or unable to attend.
There must be at least one adult per group booking.
Buggies and pushchairs are not permitted inside the Grotto and must be left in the designated buggy park.
No food or drink to be brought into the Grotto.
Total group size cannot exceed 7.
If your child has additional needs or allergies, please let us know when booking.
The Enchanted Elevator Experience contains light, wind and motion effects. There is also a vibrating floor within the experience, along with accompanying audio throughout.

FAQ's:

1. Who in my group needs a ticket?

Select a package based on the number of children in your group. Adults can be added separately during the booking process.

Children’s Tickets: £20.00 per child
Adult Tickets: £6.00 per adult

2. Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby?

Babies under 1 are welcome to accompany a paying child into the grotto at no extra charge. However, if you would like your baby to receive a present from Santa, they will also require their own paid ticket. All children above the age of 1 require their own ticket.

3. How long are the sessions?

Up to 30 minutes depending on group size. Arrive at the entrance at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check in. (walk through the Christmas shop to the plant area - the grotto entrance is straight forward).

3. Can we take photos?
Yes, you're welcome to take your own photos during your visit (of your own children). We also have a photobooth in the Grotto where you can purchase professional photographs at the end of the experience. Printed photos, baubles, snow blocks, and magnet frames are available to purchase.

3. How will I receive my tickets?

Your ticket is your booking confirmation email. Please check your junk mail if you can't see it!

4. Can I buy a ticket on the day?

No, tickets must be purchased online only and in advance of your visit.
