Smith's Loyalty Card Holders Important Notice

After 20+ years, we thought it was time our Loyalty card scheme was brought into the 21st century and we expect to be moving towards a new app-based programme in early 2026.

Discussions are at an early stage but we anticipate being able to move existing card holders onto this new scheme, if they require, but will not be able to move any accumulated points.

We are therefore giving advance notice that all points must be used by the 31st December 2025, otherwise they will be lost from the scheme.

We will be sending out regular reminders to use your points by the allocated date together with updates on the new scheme and how you can join once these have been finalised.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that you will stay with us on this journey to a more up to date and exciting loyalty programme.

Join The Smith’s Garden Centre Loyalty Club

  • Our ‘Garden Club Card’ rewards loyalty for most purchases made in-store*. 
  • Save your points and treat yourself, or just use your points as you go and enjoy regular savings.
  • £1 spent = 1 point on your card.
  • Get to 100 points and enjoy £5 off your next purchase on your next visit.  Or save your points and enjoy a larger discount when you hit 200 points or more**
  • ‘Garden Club Card’ holders will receive regular offers and information via email.

Terms

  • Garden Club Cards can be applied for in-store only.
  • Anyone is welcome to join and enjoy the generous loyalty rewards on offer at Smith’s.
  • *Restrictions apply to certain items/promotions, ask in store for details.
  • *Discount redemption can only be made in increments of 100 points, £5 per 100 points (e.g. if you have 186 points you can only redeem £5 off.  If you save the points and then reach 200 points or more, you can have £10 off…..300 points = £15 off…. and so forth).
  • Smith’s reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
  • If you misplace your card and require a replacement, you will be charged £5.
  • After 2 years without using your loyalty card, it will be automatically deactivated and points will be erased. You can reactivate your card at the information desk in-store.
